About us - Bells and Bows is a UK wedding stationery design service, based in Cheshire. The company is family run and came about as a result of planning my wedding and researching wedding stationers both on and off the internet trying to find a good price in vain. Our company's aim is to endeavour to make the whole concept of wedding stationery less expensive and demanding and more manageable at a most competitive price. All our products are modern and contemporary with a traditional twist.

General - The images shown on this web site aim to give as true a likeness as possible as to the designs that will be replicated on our products. However, as each product is indiviually handcrafted it is therefore inevitable that minor characteristic differences may occur between products and their images. In particular, there may be minor colour variations when comparing the final product with samples and / or images seen on the website due to the nature of the materials used.

Privacy Policy - All personal information provided to Bells & Bows Wedding Stationery is protected via the Data Protection Act. All information must be collected fairly, that is we must explain how we will use it and tell you if we want to pass the information on to anyone else. You have the right to request a copy of the personal information that Bells & Bows holds about you and to have any inaccuracies corrected.

Delivery - All orders (excluding sample packs) are shipped by Royal Mail Special Delivery. All deliveries require a signature on delivery. Price for delivery is £10.00

Proofs - These will be sent electronically via email for all our orders. Hard copy proofs are available on request. Please ensure that all details are checked on your proof, particularly spellings of names and dates. Once you are happy all the details on the proof are correct simply send us an email confirming your approval. On receipt of your approval your order will commence printing and be subsequently delivered.

Refund, Replacement and Cancellation terms - As all our stationery is personalised and handmade to your specific details Bells and Bows wish to ensure that you are happy with your order, therefore if you are unsatisfied with any product purchased, simply return it postage paid and and we will replace the item.

Envelopes - Envelopes are included in the cost of all invitations, rsvp cards, thank you cards and save the date cards / tags.
